This accredited short course is aligned to meet the outcomes of US 252027 - Devise and Apply Strategies to Establish and Maintain Workplace Relationships, and is set at NQF level 5 for 6 credits. It is topic 3 of Module 1 of the Generic Management Qualification SAQA ID 59201 LP 60269, worth 162 Credits at NQF Level 5. Qualifying learners will be able to devise a strategy to build constructive relationships with team members and managers in a unit as well as identify and minimising personal conflict.
This course covers identifying and building strategies to maintain healthy workplace relationships with colleagues and managers.

This course will suit learners in any business unit who are responsible for leading and managing staff. It would also suit any qualifying learner who would like to earn credits towards a qualification.
Any learner embarking on this course is assumed to be competent in:

Evidence of this is required upon enrollment or opportunities for RPL are available for a learner to demonstrate competence.
