Audience

This course is ideal for supervisors, managers, and team leaders responsible for setting or influencing ethical standards within their departments or organizations. Discover methods to analyze your department against recognized ethical standards and identify key areas for improvement.

Lesson 4: Strengthening Values and Conduct
Formulate actionable recommendations to bolster shared values, refine codes of conduct, and promote consistent ethical behavior.
