Management Development is a key prerequisite to make your business sustainable in the long run. This programme has been designed to equip and develop existing managers with current best practices in leadership and people management.  It utilizes the expertise of experienced and professional business trainers to impart knowledge in a highly practical and participative way.

The programme is business-friendly and tailored to the demands of working people. It can be offered in a classroom or in live online Teams sessions. It covers 5 Modules in short learning chunks each month over 2 years.  

This programme is enhanced with individual coaching sessions a week after training to support the application and transfer of skills in the workplace.

Furthermore, executive feedback on the coaching and learning is offered as a value-add service to ensure close alignment with the business for the duration of the programme.

Work-friendly management development programme combining the key elements from Five Management Modules, covered in a one-day contact session per month.

This training can be supported with individual 60-minute monthly coaching sessions with a professional coach at an additional cost depending on the level of coaching required.

Pre-Requisites

Experience in management and organisational work experience is needed to benefit from this programme.

We would need a group of 6 and up to run this programme.

Should you need this course urgently, the following options are available:

  1. Pay for 6 delegates (whether you have them or not) and we will schedule the course as soon as possible.

If you have fewer delegates and cannot pay for 6, we can negotiate a shortened course where some of the time will be spent in blended learning - watching videos and doing tutorials and exercises with some contact time with the trainer. We would want to discuss what your core needs are so that we cover those aspects. You need to have paid for 3 delegates at least.
