This course will suit learners in any business unit who are responsible for leading and managing staff. It would also suit any qualifying learner who would like to earn credits towards a qualification.
Learners starting to learn towards this unit standard are proficient in Language, Literacy and Communication, including intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, at NQF level 4.

Analyse education, training and development needs of members of a unit.

Record the results of the training needs analysis.
Lesson 3
Compile a people development plan for a unit.
Lesson 4
Manage the implementation of the people development plan of a unit.
