Employment Equity Course

TRAINING COURSE

Details

The Employment Equity Act requires a company to comply with its provisions, including the Skills Development Legislation, in terms of recruitment policy, while ensuring employees are trained and developed under the Skills and Development Act. Many employers need to align with the Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Legislation to complete EE reports and claim back Skills Development Levies. Companies must comply with these acts to achieve BEE scorecard targets.

The course enables delegates to understand the fundamentals of the Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Legislation. The author of the course, Michael Opperman, is also the author of two books: “A Practical Guide to Disciplinary Hearings” and “Investigating Misconduct and Incapacity.”

Both books are published by Juta Law.
