Learn techniques for body language mastery—from open postures that build rapport to strategic eye contact. We deep dive into vocal tone control (pitch, pace, projection) to ensure your message's delivery matches its content. Develop your executive presence by aligning your physical cues with your professional intent, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery.

Session 5: Frame of Reference

Master the critical skill of understanding the receiver's point of view. This module focuses on shifting your frame of reference to understand different priorities and motivations. Learn techniques for perspective taking and cognitive empathy to anticipate objections and tailor your message for maximum engagement and influence strategies. Session 6: Techniques for The Workspace

Apply strategic communication to daily professional scenarios. This session focuses on practical methods for workplace efficiency, including delivering clear status updates, running efficient meetings, and structuring complex arguments (like the Pyramid Principle). We cover giving and receiving constructive feedback using structured frameworks and methods for persuasive communication to advocate for ideas and resources within a team environment.

Session 7: Assertiveness

Develop the essential skill of assertiveness—communicating your needs clearly without aggression or passivity. We introduce proven frameworks for setting boundaries and provide tactical scripts for saying 'no' effectively while preserving relationships. This module includes the highly effective "persistent response" method to maintain control during difficult requests, solidifying your professional boundaries and strengthening your leadership presence.
