The Relationship Management course bundle is Module 1 of Generic Management Qualification 59201 and comprises of 3 courses:
Topic 1 - Emotional Intelligence
Topic 2 - Communication Techniques
Topic 3 - Managing Workplace Relationships.
These courses stand alone, and each must be completed to finish this module, for 20 credits and NQF Level 5. These courses can be offered online as webinars or as classroom-based training.
The first course deals with the concepts and techniques of becoming emotionally intelligent. The second with essential communication skills and the last course with maintaining healthy and collaborative workplace relationships. See each course online in the links below.

This course will guide the learner through the basics of communication in a business environment. It covers the fundamentals of:
- communication theory
- types of communication
- a range of basic written and oral communication techniques such as meetings, presentations, emails, memos, agendas, and reports
- chairing a formal business meeting
- gathering information to write a report
- understanding your audience
- making a business presentation
This course covers identifying and building strategies to maintain healthy workplace relationships with colleagues and managers.

Should we not get enough delegates, we will refund or credit your paid booking.

- Pay for 6 delegates (whether you have them or not) and we will schedule the course as soon as possible.
- If you have fewer delegates and cannot pay for 6, we can negotiate a shortened course where some of the time will be spent in blended learning - watching videos and doing tutorials and exercises with some contact time with the trainer. We would want to discuss what your core needs are so that we cover those aspects. You need to have paid for 3 delegates at least.
