The Project Management bundle is designed to have a novice project manager up and running in only a week. Students will learn the hands-on concepts of planning, running and reporting on a project, as well as how to use Microsoft Project to make this whole process easier. This bundle will meet both your theoretical and practical needs.
The bundle consists of two courses, Introduction to Project Management, and Microsoft Project. Each course can be taken individually, but if you choose to book them as a bundle, you will receive a 10% discount off both courses (discount included below).

An overview of the essentials of Project Management for anyone new to projects or who needs to understand:
- the terminology,
- the project life cycle,
- the roles and responsibilities of members in a project,
- and the tools a project manager uses to get the job done.
This course covers essential project management principles, methodologies, and tools, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively plan, execute, and control projects in various organizational contexts. By exploring frameworks like Waterfall, PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile, learners gain a broad understanding of when and how to apply each. Participants also dive into organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities—ensuring they can navigate stakeholder relationships and establish clear lines of authority.
Key topics such as the project life cycle, goals and objectives, and creating a project charter help solidify foundational concepts. Meanwhile, risk management, communication strategies, and planning tools (like WBS, PERT, and Gantt charts) add depth to practical, day-to-day project leadership. Ultimately, learners emerge with a well-rounded toolkit for project delivery, from scope definition and budgeting to stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and effective decision-making.
In this course, you will learn to create project plans, track timelines, baselines, tasks, and resources of a project, understand the project life cycle to setting up and refining schedules analysing costs allocating resources and tracking progress.
