This course is aligned to meet the outcomes of unit standard 242811 - prioritise time and work for self and team at NQF level 4 for 5 credits. This unit standard is a core in our Further Education and Training Certificate: Generic Management Qualification at NQF level 4. This course will enable you to manage time and prioritise tasks in a work environment, and it is intended for junior managers or supervisors in an organisation.
This course is a 3-day accredited time management course. It will teach you how to create task lists, assign and manage tasks and manage a diary. Learners will complete formative and summative assessments in class and submit a Portfolio of Evidence.

The intended audience is anyone in a work environment who has areas of responsibility in a department and who needs to schedule and plan tasks.
This course will suit a person needing an accredited time management course and who would like to build up credits towards a full qualification on the NQF.
Learners should be competent in Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 3 (Grade 11). Proof of this would need to be provided upon enrolment.
